Victoria Tours - 2I wrote an e-mail to Alenochka, as did Matt, through Kissdotcom. I got a very general e-mail back from her with no specifics about herself. As a matter of fact, she ONLY spoke of how bad her English was and how she was trying to take classes for English. She did not say anything about money, but she laid the ground work for it in the future. So I came to the blacklist here and sure enough there she was. Boy was I shocked, but relieved. I too went to love@aol and there is another add with the same girls photo with a different e-mail address which is aleukr@yahoo.com. Even the two bios were different. These guys have a lot of nerve to do what they do, and they obviously have no interest in setting people up. The business name is Victorias Tours. Stay away! Here is the photo from Kiss.com and Aol:from: Robert

Alenochka Romanuk is not a scammer. She is a dreamer. She dreams to meet a wealthy man. She appears on different web sites with differnet names without her consent. That is why there is such a generic reply at the other agencies when the men wrote. It was not her own writing. Alenochka Romanuk dealt strictly through Victoria Tours to meet potential mates. I met her in June 2000 after writing letters for 3 months. I had sent $100 to Victoria Tours for letter translations service, a standard fee at the time, and also talked a number of times with Alenochka via telephone in the Victoria Tours office. Sent her flowers on her Birthday and on International Womans day. Alenochka never, ever asked me for money. I decided to meet with her in Odessa. We spent a week together getting to know one another. I learned about her past, her family and her dreams. She was once married, has a little brother, and her father is a merchant marine. At the time, in 2000, Alenochka was working in a photograhy shop. I saw many family photos and many photos of her working at the shop. I met her cousin Alena Macoviy who seemed nice enough, but was more the partying type. Alena Macoviy obviously loved money and told me about an expensive shopping trip to France. Alenochka seemed to find her cousin amusing, as did I. We were friends. Victoria Tours, managed by Ludmilla Cherapushchik, encouraged me to take some excursions. I did enjoy the art galleries, history and people I met on a few tours. Mostly I enjoyed getting to know Alenochka Romanuk. She came across as a sincere, warm woman who opened up her life to me. Her dream was to meet a wealthy man and eventually live in New York City. I told her wealthy, successful men do not need to travel to meet women. This seemed to make her a little sad. Many Ukraine people have a false impression of North America. Mostly due to hollywood that they see on televison. I cared for her and told her I could give her a good life. I guess she wanted more. She was open and honest about her goals and hopes. She never asked me for one dollar! I gave her an original oil paintiing I had made for her. This seemed to amaze her and touch her heart. Her tears and smile are very real. We became friends and parted as such. I hope today she has found true happiness. Happiness is not money. I consider myself a successful, hard working, decent, middle income person who loves life. I was very happy to have met her, but sad I did not win her heart. She believed money and wealth would bring her happiness. I hope today she no longer believes this. Take good care Alenochka. Good luck! Shyasliva devushka! Your Canadian friend, David.
