Larisa/Lubov Gavrilova (Krasnoarsk, Russia) The scammers involved claimed to be from Krasnoarsk, Russia. At no time have I ever even considered sending money because I was familiar with the good information provided at womenrussia.com. Although she claims to be "Larisa", she wants the money sent in the name of "Lubov Garilova". She also always states she "has no passport", yet I already new that all Russians are automatically issued a passport. Since I was already familiar with Visa costs and procedures, when she asked for $250.00 for a $45.00 tourist visa that would never be issued to a woman in her position anyway, I decided to turn the tables on the scammer. Most email programs will automatically send an email if a particular person sends you an email. Now when this person (Laris@pochtamt.ru) sends me an email, my computer automatically sends an email message that states "Ive sent the money...go pick it up with MTCN....etc. I change the bogus 10 digit control number a couple of times a week. So now I have her running to the bank with bogus MTCNs for nonexistent money! The letters from "her" are very similar to the ones already posted. Mike
