Svetlana Belikova appears to be working for a coordinated money-making operation at Russian-personals.com. She claims that the war in Eastern Ukraine prevents any kind of delivery or visits to her. She runs a script of messages to build a relationship before requesting to visit you, which would presumably require funds transfer via Western Union . I tried to send her flowers, but 1-800-Flowers requires a phone number. She told me +380933688144, which is missing a digit to be real. The flower company gave a full refund. She sends many professionally taken photos, and when I requested a picture with a newspaper to prove she was real, she sent a photo with a personalized message written on a blank page. She told me that she wanted a family with me, but she paid to have her personal highlighted on the front page of the Russian Personals Web site at the same time, and she checks the site almost daily. She gave inconsistent birth dates. When I asked her about her inconsistencies, she stopped writing to me.
