This same lady under the name of Inessa Makarova tried to con me out of initially $520 and today wanted ONLY $270 to come and see me in Canada. So I have found out that she is a scammer and have informed her about it. I know that this is the same lady as the photographs are the same, just that the name is different. Her address is as follows Saratovskaya oblast, Saratov, Zarubina street 143, aprt. 21 410005 Russia. And her phone number is . +79064284315 ans I beleive this is her cell number. I was given the same instructions about the money and how to transfer it. Needless to say,I asked to see the visa and file number so that I could check it with the Canadian Government and as this was not given to me, no money was sent to me. Then I was told that she has "found" $250 and only needed $270 and I have refused to send that also. I think the way to deal with them is to ask them to show their visas to Canada or USA and if they don't send it, then it is a scam.
