So, I've been talking with a girl from Ukraine, Mykolaiv via whatsapp for about 10 days. We met on paid dating website. She's a student. She fell in love with me and eager to visit my country, and saying that she can't wait to meet me. At first place, she told me to meet in Ukraine and then when l said l can't go to Ukraine she said she doesnt have money for passport and would like to meet in Ukraine and told me to if l could help her with her passport. But problem is she doesn't have money to replace her international id passport since she saying that she's paying for her school tuition. She tells me to pay it around 1500-1700 grivnas. Also she told me that she doesn't have money for her fly ticket as well. When l said that I can't pay both, she said that she will try to borrow money from someone to pay for her fly ticket. She always calls me ''l love you'' ''my love'' ''honey'', '' l can't wait to meet you'', but she always become online on Whatsapp in every 24 hour to text me back after l sent her a message. (Within this time she doesnt become online on whatsapp and see my last message) She also gave me her Instagram and VK page. We also made a video-call. Is she a scammer?
